About Speedway

Speedway racing takes place on a flat oval dirt track, the sport orginated in New South Wales in the 1920's. Speedway now has both domestic and international competitions in a number of countries around the world. The bikes run n methanol, use only one gear and have no brakes all of these combined make for a very exciting spectator sport.

Teng Tools are heavily involved with many riders and teams within the sport as you can see below.

Teams

Coventry Bees

Founded in 1928 they are the British elite league champions of 2007, the Bees are consistently amoungst the top teams in the country and have a dedicated following.

 

Peterborough Panthers

Founded in 1970 the Peterborough Panthers have sucessfully secured two British elite league championships in 1999 and 2006 and have also won the premier league four-team championship on 5 occasions.

 

 

Belle Vue Speedway

Founded in 1928 the Belle Vue Aces are a highly successfull British speedway team from manchester, throughout its history the team has produced five speedway world champions.

 

 

Lakeside Hammers

           

 

Founded in 1984 the Lakeside hammers currently race the speedway elite league, most recent honours were securing the premier league championship in 1991.
